Our stay was great! The customer service was excellent, the room was beautiful and mostly clean. It did have a very clean scent when we walked in the room and the linen, surfaces and bathroom were very clean. My only complaint about the room is the floor was a little dirty. I know that everyone uses the Swiffer mops nowadays and it doesn't seem to get the floors as clean as they need to be. The breakfast was ok. The cocoa and coffee and yogurt was great but the meat was not very good to me. I am not a fan of breakfast meat that doesn't taste like meat so that was disappointing. And the biscuits were the frozen kind but it was ok. I'm just picky about foods. But overall, it was a wonderful stay, the pool was very nice and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. Little noisy in the area but not bad, Normal city noises muffled a bit thank the Lord. Lol. Great location. Not so close to the traffic that it kept me awake and shopping and restaurants were nearby.
We stayed here to attend a wedding close by. After reading reviews at multiple hotels, we chose to stay here. We were very impressed with this hotel! The staff was great, and the room was nice. The breakfast was excellent with multiple choices for coffee and juice. I made myself an Americano with extra shot of espresso. Check in and check out was seamless. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in the area.
Our room was super clean and updated. My friend and I felt very safe, welcomed and comfortable staying here. Great location! Would definitely stay here again if ever in Thomasville again!

This is a very nice hotel. It is recently renovated and very clean. I saw staff cleaning floors and main areas daily. The staff are nice and attentive. I would definitely stay here again.
Absolutely Wonderful Stay! I had such a great experience here. The staff were amazing — so friendly, accommodating, and welcoming from start to finish. The amenities were a big plus: a good-sized pool, relaxing sauna, and a very impressive breakfast with plenty of great options. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and great service!
I have stayed here twice and both times I have enjoyed my stay. The rooms are clean and fresh. The breakfast bar has plenty to start your day. The people I have spoken with at the front desk have been great and informative when asked about food, shopping, etc. This will be my place to stay when I am in the area.
One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at any hotel, not only a Best Western. Staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. Everything was spotless. Every time we walked in the door, they were cleaning something. The rooms were nice—and again, very clean. This was our first time staying in Thomasville. If the need arises to visit again, this is where I will stay. Oh, and breakfast is very nice, especially for a continental. Great opportunity to grab something quick and get on with your visit. The breakfast staff is helpful and professional. Be sure to stop by the coffee machine! I think there were like 16 types of coffees and they were all good! Thanks for a lovely stay everyone!
